Seth J. Hipple, Esq.
Attorney Seth Hipple received his juris doctor from George Mason University School of Law. Before law school, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh summa cum laude as well as an associate’s degree in Finance from Westmoreland County Community College with high honors. Seth was selected for the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Leadership Academy, which seeks to identify and train leaders of the legal profession and graduated in 2013.
Seth prides himself on being straightforward with his clients, explaining complex legal issues plainly, and providing honest analysis, even if it isn’t what a client wants to hear. His clients have commented on his compassion and careful attention to their needs. Many clients have also commented on how easy Seth is to reach and how quickly he answers e-mails and other correspondence. His responsiveness ensures that his clients understand each part of their case.
Seth is relentless when he knows his client is right. As a litigator, he enjoys aggressively advocating for his clients’ position in court. People come to Seth when they want an attorney who is not afraid to take the wrongdoer to court. Seth has recovered money for clients for serious car accidents, constitutional violations, and other matters.
Seth’s core practice areas include criminal law, criminal record annulments (clears criminal record), family law, Constitutional law, and civil litigation. Seth has represented clients in a variety of matters including criminal charges, divorces, custody and parental rights cases, personal injury litigation, landlord-tenant, traffic citations, and others. He has won at trial, succeeded at getting charges dropped before trial, and successfully negotiated plea deals or family-related agreements that worked for his clients.
Seth sat for the New Hampshire and Massachusetts bars concurrently and was admitted to practice in both jurisdictions. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
The National Trial Lawyers Associated selected Seth for their “Top 40 Under 40” award for criminal defense in 2019. Also in 2019, Seth was selected for the 2019 New England Rising Stars list, an honor reserved for attorneys who have demonstrated excellence in the practice of law.
