Stephen T. Martin, Esq.

Attorney Stephen Martin received his juris doctor from Vermont Law School, graduating cum laude and in the top 20% of his class. Before law school, Stephen earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Southern New Hampshire University, graduating magna cum laude.

Stephen prides himself on being responsive to his clients and detailed in his legal analysis. He is known for finding often-overlooked parts of the law and using them to his clients’ advantage. His clients often comment on his compassion, perseverance, and commitment. One client said of Stephen, “For him, I was not just another client, and this was not just another filing.”

Stephen has a wide breadth of experience handling cases varying from serious auto accidents to constitutional violations and others. He has successfully recovered money for his clients harmed by both private actors and government actors. During law school, he interned with the Civil Bureau of the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office and has handled cases varying from serious auto accidents to constitutional violations and others.
